She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Blevins and Ellen Blevins; her brother Frank; her granddaughter Brooke Garcia; and her great grandchild Evelyn LaRiviere.
She is survived by: her brothers, Jostens, Curtis and Harper Engraving; her children, Pamela, SuzAnne (John Garcia) and Steven; her husband Ralph; her daughter Pam (Dave Lepus); her siblings, Fay Jacobson and Jim Blevins (Virginia "Tilly"); her grandchildren, Phillip Garcia (Bianca), Kyle Lepus, Brandon Garcia, Joshua Lepus, Jacob Lepus, Dominique Harvey, Zachary Lepus, Daniel Harvey and Michelle Garcia; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Scarlett LaRiviere and Amara Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family, friends and fun were the foundation of Kay's life outside of work.
