He was predeceased by: his parents, Settimio and Provenzano. He is survived by: his wife Sally Provenzano; his daughters, Dana Rotramel (Pace) and Cynthia; his grandsons, Tyler Eshnaur (Kristin Zerr) and Austin; his great grandchild Giovanni Eshnaur Zerr; his sister Rose Falgien (Tom); and his nephew Tom Falgien (Cynthia Wieme).
