He was predeceased by: his parent R. Dwight; his wife Corinne Dunn; his parent Nel; his brother Jack Mullins; his niece Michelle Mullins; his parents-in-law, Carm and Lorraine Dunn; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Meese and Nancy Linsenmann.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Youngren (Craig) and Jeff Mullins (Sandy); his granddaughter Brooke Lorraine Mullins; his brothers-in-law, James Dunn (Debbie), Bill Dunn (Dee), Dennis Meese and Richard Linsenmann; and his nephew Scott Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
