He was predeceased by: his wife Nadine Marie McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Michele N. Hutchison, Martin W McDowell and Renee McDowell; and his grandchildren, Misty B Hinkle, Derek A Hansen, Danielle A. Blackburn and Savannah R McDowell.
