He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Menzer and Art Menzer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carolyn Menzer; his stepchildren, Sherry Gile (Leroy) and J. W. Webber; his stepgrandson Matthew; his children, Gloria Menzer and Randy Menzer (Laura); his granddaughters, Gillian Menzer and Audrey Menzer; and his former wife Kay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Museum or the Lester L. Williams Fire Museum.
