She was predeceased by: her parents, Lammert Elenga and Tena Elenga (Sangen); her husband Richard Hazen, Sr.; her grandson Markie; her siblings, Harold Elenga, Johan Elenga, Norman Elenga (Hazel), Lester Elenga, Reynold Elenga, Fannie, Gertrude (Marion Stuteville) and Johanna (Al Benge); and her siblings-in-law, Donald and Della Hazen.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Elliot (Jerry), Richard Hazen, Jr., John Hazen, Carrie Hammel (Jay) and Beth Hixson (Brian); and her grandchildren, James, Adam, Clint, Ryan, Cameron, Kaitlyn, Danielle, J. R., Shelby, Jesse, Savanna, Braxton and Brianna. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
