He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas Milner and Charlotte Polson. He is survived by: his father Troy Buckholz (Michelle); his daughter Elliana (Miranda Hines); his mother Kimberly Ferguson (Terry); his siblings, Garrett Buckholz, Teddy Vaught, Terrance Ferguson, Briana Buckholz, Teralynn Franco, Amy Andrews and Toni Quintana; his grandparents, Susan Milner and Larry Buckholz; and his great-grandparent Alfred Fawkes (Rita). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Prior to the pandemic he worked as a prep cook at Chili's here in Canon. Since the pandemic Dalton had been spending his time taking care of his daughter, Elliana Rae.
