He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mecredy and Vera Salmon Qualls; his brother Louis Johnson; and his former wife Melila Alexandrescu Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Helene Blake of Canon City; his sister Laurel Crump of Oregon; his sons, Jeffrey Johnson (Nathalie) of Belgium and Gregory Johnson of Pasadena; and his grandchildren, Jolan Johnson, Juline Johnson Delhaye (Dimitri) of Belgium, Eden, Aurora Johnson of Texas and Lewis Delhaye. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
