He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wagner and Willie Vivian Wagner; his wife Lois Towne; his son-in-law Terry Yuncker; and his grandson Shane Nicholson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Wagner, Janice Yuncker, Crystal Nicholson (Jim) of Winnemucca, NV. and Rebecca Vodopich (Chris) of Canon City; his siblings, Charlotte Carlson (Dean) and Bill Wagner (Lila); his grandchildren, Matthew Nicholson (Kelly), Lisa Nicholson (Trevor Williams), Erika Phillips, Tyler Vodopich (Tori) and Jonathan Vodopich; and his great grandchildren, Bridget, Connor Phillips, Hannah, Shane, Elijah Cannizzaro, Elizabeth Harmon, Jaxen Nicholson, Aiden Kuenkele and Ender Vodopich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
