She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Botkin and Viola Mooney Botkin (Duncan); her husband Presley Leon Cook; her children, Sharon Toothaker (Cook) and Kenneth Leon Cook; her siblings, James Mooney, Donald Mooney, Esco Mooney, Otto Mooney, Dee Mooney, Dariel Botkin, Vera Steelman, Ann Nash and Peggy Morris; and her grandson Ryan Cook.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kay Gallagher of Vista, CA, Carol Fohey of Hannibal, MO and Junior Botkin of O'Fallon, MO.; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Mooney of Knoxville, TN and Mae Mcneil of Salem, MO.; and her nieces and nephews, Pennie, Chuck Benton, Carl of Colorado and Bambi Stewart of Montrose. She is also survived by her family, her own children, and her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Betty said, "Times are tough and money is tight, please use the money to pay your tithes at your Church this week".
