We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020, at the age of 85, Abel Martinez (Canon City, Colorado), born in Florence, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla Martinez; his children, John and Mary Martinez; his parents, Joe Martinez and Tonita Martinez; his brothers, Ruben, Michael (Betty) and Freddie (Mary); and his godson J. D. Patrick.

He is survived by: his daughter Brenda; his granddaughters, Tonia Sutton (Shawn) and Stephanie Dickenson (Clint); his great grandchildren, Breezyn, Lily Sutton, Mikhail and Charles Dickenson; his siblings, Johnny Martinez, Joe Martinez (Carol) and Theresa Whitney; and his sister-in-law Ralphaelita Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, god children and close friends.
