He is survived by: his wife Irma Bart (Bond); his children, Toni Lynn Lewis of Pueblo, CO and Thomas Jerrold Eads (Elizabeth) of Granada; his grandchildren, Natausha Bart (Randy Ortiz), Vivian Bart, Ayanna Lewis (Tim Kozma), Ivory Carter, Marquis Lewis, Caitlyn Eads and Colton Eads; his great grandchildren, Jonathan Angel, Adrien Moshe, Evelynn Rose, Ella Jacklyn Ortiz and Amo Moshe Bart; and his siblings, Bonnie Johnson of Arizona and Eric Bart of Arizona. He is also survived by family members and friends.
