Jacobsen (Burlington, Colorado), born in Elk River, Minnesota, who passed away on February 1, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jacobsen and Evelyn Jacobsen; his brother Richard; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Jacobsen. He is survived by: his children, Kristine, Leland and Jake; his wife Joyce; his children, Kimberly and Kris Jacobsen; his grandchildren, Jessica Macbeth (Nathaniel), Malaree Taylor (Tyler), Mirannda Kurtzer (Ethan), Tyrel, Chelsea, Clayton, Cody Jacobsen, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Angela, Leanne Cristelli, Logan and Dusty Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Austynn, Ryann Taylor, Raelynn, Madison Macbeth and Haisley Kurtzer. He is also survived by Sister-in-laws, numerous aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and a host of friends.
