He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Abbey; his son Brad Phillips (Tess) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Devin and Tatum Phillips of Burlington; his sister Sharon Pralle (Allan) of Burlington; and his mother-in-law Pat Abbey of Oberlin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
