He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Pieper and Ethel Witzel Pieper; and his siblings, Myrtle Louise Witzel, Marcella Stoumbaugh Lempp (Sally), Darlene Witzel and Darrel Witzel.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Disney (Connie); his brother Wayne Witzel; his nephews, Tom Stoumbaugh of Deer and Dennis Witzel; and his niece Debbie Huebner. He is also survived by his three children, 10 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
