He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Mullis and Clyde Mullis; his wife Jeanette Knapp; his children, David and Georgia Ann; and his sisters, Eileen and Corky.
He is survived by: his brother Russ; his children, Carl Mullis (Trudy), Dean Mullis (Debbie) and Vickie Tatkenhorst (Jay); his daughter-in-law Abbey Mullis; his grandchildren, Clinton, Jesse, Dustin, Desiree, Jeremiah, Jennifer, Chastity, Kameron, Carol, Chancey and Jessi; and his brothers-in-law, Howard Knapp (Jeanette) and Loren Monroe. He is also survived by his family and friends.
