He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Carl Sulkey, Sr. and Jean B. St. Maurice Sulkey; his son Dave; his wife Marjorie; his sister Joan Litten (Ed) of Niagara Falls, NY; his sons, David Sulkey (Vicki), Buena Vista and Joseph Sulkey; and his stepson Scott McLoughlin of Derby, KS. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other stepchildren, relatives and friends.
