He is survived by: his sons, Ryan and Tyler; his former wife Rachel Kay of Buena Vista, CO.; his parents, Chuck Kay of Buena Vista and Georgia Kay of Fountain, CO; his sister Malisa Willis (Darrell) of Fountain, CO; and also, Ryan Kay, Tyler Kay and Lewis.
