He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Manning of Buena Vista, CO.; his siblings, Joey Durishin (Mike) of Arlington, VA., Tom Gerhardt (Lynda) of Glendale, AZ., Kathy Masters (Mark) of Centennial, CO. and Mark Gerhardt (Charlotte Bain) of Sioux Falls, SD.; his daughter Lisa Mix of Sioux Falls, SD; his son-in-law Steve; his children, Michelle and Ryan; and his wife Linda Patnoe. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
