She was predeceased by: her parents, Albaro Mata and Amparo Mata. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Hernandez Jr.; her children, Tamara (Ace Wellen) and Scott Hernandez of Sioux Falls, SD; her siblings, Elsa Reyes, Grace Nixon, Maria Mau, Rose Miller, Robert Mata, Gene Mata and Victor Mata; and her grandsons, Nick Wellen, Chase Hernandez and Kyle Wellen.
