He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Charles and Lydia Parker, Jr. (Begole); and his sister Joan Parker. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Norbye; his sons, Brad Parker and James Parker (Jennifer) of Fort Morgan; and his grandchildren, Cody Parker, Sara Parker, Jena Parker and Joseph Parker. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family suggests memorial donations be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
