He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Dugan and Evelyn Dugan (Miller); his children, Deborah Panesi of West Jordan, UT, Dawn Houston (Jimmy) and Michael Dugan (Penny); his siblings, Joseph Dugan of Cranston, RI, Margaret Bilodeau of Bradenton, Florida. and Diane Jourdain (Jim Schatz) of Bradenton, Florida.; and his wife Margaret (Peggy). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 18 great granchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Services and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions and safety concerns for family requiring to travel.
