She was predeceased by: her parents, Mart Horn and Estell Horn; her siblings, Janice, Roy, James, Robert and Boyd Horn; and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Smith, George, Jean Hubler, Charlotte and Jerry Wayne Smith.
She is survived by: her son Justin Dwight (Babette Jamison); her husband Tracy Smith; her daughter Kristi Frazier (Cody); her siblings, Ella Howard and David Horn; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Horn, Debbie Horn, Kathi Schultz (Tom) and Charlie Smith (Shauna); her grandchildren, Kayla Castrup (Kevin), Kendra Beverly (Reshard), Justin Smith (Kim), Tyler Jamison, Matt Smith, Ashley Wesley (Jordan) and Jarryd Smith (Jayden); and her great grandchildren, Kaden, Konrad, Kallie, Brody, Ryleigh, Billy, Drake, Tayte, Temperance, Braxton, Kaison, Kiara, Peyton, Johnny, Ellie, Daxtyn and Emersyn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
