It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shela E. Garcia (Brush, Colorado), born in Kalispell, Montana, who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Pound and Florence Pound; her brothers, Victor "Pete" Pound, Edward Pound, Grant Pound and Cappy Pound; and her grandson Nicholas Nolf.
She is survived by: her husband Arturo Garcia; her children, David Foy, Noreen Nolf (Keith), Normand Foy, John T. Garcia (Joanne), Nicole Aragon (Adrian), Latisha Garcia, Patricia Umphrey (Blair) and Christopher Garcia; and her siblings, Terry Pounds, Doreen Grilley and Leora "Tootsies" O'Meyer. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
