She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold R. of Lyons and Alys Z. Underwood (Bocook) of Lyons. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Johnston (Roy) of Golden; and her daughters, Nicki Burns (Richard) of Las Vegas, Heather McCarthy of Denver, Dannette Peterson of Silverthorne and Stephanie Harman of Fort Morgan. She is also survived by her four daughters, Kay is also survived by four granddaughters, two grandsons, and one great granddaughter.
