We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2022, at the age of 69, LaVar Franklin Floyd of Brush, Colorado, born in Sterling, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Floyd and Margie Floyd (Walker); his parents-in-law, Jess and Edna Lester; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Floyd, Barbra Lester and Steven Mathies.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Michael Floyd of Thornton, CO and Carrie Webb (Brandon) of Brush; his grandsons, Quinten of Brush, Gage of Brush and Andrew of Brush; and his siblings, Arthur Lawrence Floyd (Connie) of Estes Park, Barbara Sue Mathies of Brush and Joyce Floyd of Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws.
