She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Kilmer and Myrtle C. Kilmer (Sprague); her siblings, Harry Kilmer Jr., Dorothy Vogt and Bonnie Plegge; her son Michael Welton (Howard Welton); and her great great grandchild Cora Welton.
She is survived by: her former husband Howard Welton; her husband Kersey; her son Douglas (Diane); her grandchildren, Daniel (Nicole), Keith (Rona), Denise Welton (Andy), James (Wendy) and Donna (Gregory); her great grandchildren, Dakota, Sarah, Erin, Chelsey, Derek, Nickolas, Solace, Alex, Jesse, Rhys, Mael and Samaveda; her great great grandchildren, Daniel, Landen, Kalia, Kaia, Amelia, Beau, Grayson, Declan, Channel, Maverick and Justin; her cousin Ray (Judy); her niece Teresa (Brett); and her daughter-in-law Randee (Les).
