He was predeceased by: his sister Susan (John Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anderson; his children, Michael (Timothy Koby), Elizabeth Gulley (Neil) and CJ; and his brothers, Joe Heinz (Peg), Tom (Louise Miles) and Mike. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
