It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vern Edmund Diede (Broomfield, Colorado), born in Ipswich, South Dakota, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Diede and Ella Diede; and his brothers, Darv Diede and Larry Diede. He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Virginia Walter; his child Cynthia Lou; his stepfather Greg; his wife Janice Marie Diede; his children, Steven Laverne Diede, Cinde Lou Welty (Diede) and Jason Paul Welty; his granddaughter Shayna Rachelle Welty; his siblings, Darlene Diede (Darv), Edna Schmitt (Ken), Darlene Johnson (Arnie), Linda Kuebler (Les), Lois Comfort (Gene) and Jim Diede (Brenda); and also, Together, Greg, Mark, Paula, Ashley, Aaron, Brant, Grace and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
