He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Rowland and Marvel Maxine Rowland (Gipe); and his brother-in-law William Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Carmen Gallegos; his children, Karen Conrad (Jeff) of Canton, GA., Michelle Fleming (Al) of Arvada, CO. and John Rowland (Kerri) of Denver, CO.; and his sister Betty Smith (Rowland) of Westminster, CO.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and one great grandchild.
