He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaclav Vasak and Ana Vasak; and his brother Josef. He is survived by: his wife Jana Vasak; his daughter Lucia Vasak; his son-in-law Kevin; and his granddaughter Marina. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations in Petr's memory be made to his long supported charities: Disabled American Veterans, DAV.org - Disabled American Veterans Charity.
