He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Eichstaedt and Margaret Fletcher Eichstaedt. He is survived by: his son Robert Parker; his grandchildren, Rodney and Violet; his wife Dina Horwedel (Broomfield); and his siblings, Mark Eichstaedt, Mary Metzler (Alan Metzler) and Sara McCoy (Chris McCoy).
