She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Madden and Margaret Madden (Cain); and her siblings, Jerome and Sist. She is survived by: her husband Patrick C. Duffy; her sons, Patrick J. (Bernice) and Dan (Michelle) of Broomfield, CO; her sister Mary Margaret Taylor of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Shannon of Atlanta, GA, Sean of Denver, CO and Liam of Los Angeles, CA.; and her sons, Sean and John.
