She is survived by: her sons, Brad Hazzard (Pam), Kelly Hazzard (Denise) and Brett Hazzard (Lee); her grandchildren, Jaime Sherry (Brian), Justin Hazzard (Sharyl), Jackie Schuetz (Jason), Nick Hazzard, Katie Hazzard, Brynne Hazzard (Sam), Morgan Hazzard and Kenna Hazzard; her great grandchildren, Flynn, Ryder Sherry, Elliotte, Everett, Emmarie Hazzard, Burke and Grady Schuetz; her sister Lorna Bauer (Marlyn); and her sister-in-law Venia Whitesel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research through the American Cancer Society.
