She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Deborah), Mark (Amie) and Krista (Shane); her grandchildren, Kelsey (Scott), Alex, Brennan (Rebecca), Madeline, Matthew and Adrian; and her great grandchildren, Preslee, Peyton and Mason.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to an animal rescue organization in her memory.
