We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2020, at the age of 99, Julius Johannes (Broomfield, Colorado), born in Rocky Ford, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Johannes and Amelia Johannes; and his siblings, Helen Harmon, Elmer, Alvin and Clarence Johannes.

He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Randall Johannes (Jennifer) of Superior, Colorado and Susan Zimbleman (Doug) of Thornton, Colorado; his grandsons, Andrew Johannes (Ashley) of Arvada and Jeffrey Johannes of Denver, Colorado; and his sister Bernice Markus of Pueblo, Colorado. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Church, at 5 Tulane St., Pueblo, CO 81005.
