She is survived by: her children, Brittany and Jason; her brothers, Dr. David Lindley and George Lindley; her husband Dr. Ronald Faulkner; her sisters-in-law, Jeannette Higbee (Gary), Wendi Lindley and Susan Lindley; her niece Brittany Vazquez (John); her nephew Jason Faulkner; and her grandchildren, Claire Crotteau (Brandon) and Jameson Vazquez.
