He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymon, Francine Carlson and Robert Leighton; and his stepgrandfather Lyle Combs. He is survived by: his parents, David Carlson and Joyce Carlson (Leighton) of College Springs, Iowa; his children, Noah Brooks of Rockport, Missouri, Andrew Carlson of Omaha, Nebraska, Cadence, Gavin and Spencer Carlson of Denver, Colorado; and his siblings, Ian Carlson (Emily) of St. Joseph, Missouri and Traci Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
