He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scott and Alice Scott; his sisters, Evelyn Scott, Viola Leuch and Mary Brundage; and his son Andrew Scott.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Scott; and his children, Keith Scott (Danny), Denise Wiley (Todd), Janay Leonhardt (Kurt), Curt Scott (Janae), Alice Green (Jay), Lora Personette (Frank) and Dale Ashby. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
