He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spicer and Dixie Spicer; his wife Evelyn "Janet" Spicer; and his brother Phillip Spicer. He is survived by: his sons, Don Spicer (Gina) and Mike Spicer (Carol). He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
