She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her son Eric "Rock"; her daughter-in-law Kim Rokovitz; and her parents, Casey Cudnik and Laura Cudnik.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Tevis (John), Dan Rokovitz (Harry Samelson) and Cathy Moyer; her grandchildren, John Tevis (Marci), Shelley Formani (Ric), Kirsten Fazekas (Tony), Jennifer Becker, Caitlin Wolfe (Brayden) and Patrick Moyer; and her brothers, Ken Cudnik (Judy) and Robert Cudnik (Joannette). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
