He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Phillip (Ann), Matthew (Pam), Bonnie and Cindy; his grandchildren, Henry, Cora, Jeremiah, Erika and Alex; and his sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Jensen (Keith) and Julie Holstad (Wayne).
