She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Nelson and Charlotte Nelson (Gustafson); and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her husband John Bultena; her sisters, Martha and Ruth Ann; her daughters, Jodie Fransen (Erik) and Ann McNamara (Tim); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Keegan, Cooper and Quinn.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Christ the Servant to support their music program and their partnership with Sister Carmen Community Center.
