She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Anthony Moncla and Mildred Myers Moncla. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Elizabeth (Chad Kinney), Christopher (Tonya Lacey Young) and Stephanie (Erich TerAvest); her grandchildren, Kailey, Kiersten Kinney, Mason, Lily Young and Celeste TerAvest; and her brother Tom Moncla (Linda Decuir Moncla).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Boulder, Colorado (greenwoodwildlife.org), an organization that has worked to save "thousands of wild animals. …... from hummingbirds to foxes" and Millie so loved her hummingbirds.
