She was predeceased by: her father Ramon Sailas; her son Raul Ortega; and her granddaughter Aviana Montoya. She is survived by: her mother Marta Romero; her husband Damian Fernandez; her children, Paul Montoya (Shelly Montoya), Alonzo Montoya Selena Ortega (Nicole Casias) and Ariella Fernandez; her grandchildren, Orlando, Noah, Nyana, Rocky and Achilles; and her siblings, Angela Cardona, Pam Sailas Adolph (Ronald Trujillo), Steve Romero Martha Romero (Christina Valdez) and Scott McCauley (Jennifer McCauley). She is also survived by nieces nephews and cousins.
