He is survived by: his spouse Raydel Elaine McGinness; his son Michael John McGinness II (Annabella); his parents, Nancy Vaughan Arnold and Robert John McGinness; and his sisters, Amy Vaughan Reseigh, Linda Kathleen Jones and Kathrayn Grace Sindt. He is also survived by seven nieces; six nephews; two great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
