With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Rebecca Zapata (Brighton, Colorado), who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matias Martinez and Guadalupe Martinez; her brother Frank Martinez; and her daughters, Monica and Angie Zapata.
She is survived by: her children, Gonzalo, Stephanie, Ashley and Nicole; her sister Cindy; her niece Yulissa; and her grandchildren, Natasha, Jessica, Deigo, Layevska, Sheyla, Davian, Evanie, Nyleiah, Gabino "Govi" and Vivian.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 100 S 3rd Ave, Brighton, CO 80601.
