He is survived by: his daughters, Millisa, Penny and Mindy; his stepson Wally; and his siblings, Alan Bork (Jeani), Larry Miller (Joy), Maudie Ryan, Jesse Forrest (Toni) and Bill Sanders (Sandi). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
