He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jacobucci and Cheryl Jacobucci; and his daughter Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hein; his children, Buddy, John (Caressa) and Mary Ann; his grandchildren, Andrew, Sebastian, Scout, Kinsleigh, Henry and Kyleigh; and his brothers, Joe and Jeff (Carrie). He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
