He is survived by: his wife Ruth Tapia; his children, Dale Leyba, LaDonna Martinez (Matthew) and David Leyba; his granddaughters, Athena Garcia (Lupe) and Shenée Martinez; and his great grandchildren, Amilia and Ahmani Garcia.
